an iphone XR not charging when device working , but the device charging when it turn

Hi every one
I have an iPhone XR that doesn't charge completely. I changed the problem to IC Hydra, but now it charges. If the handset works, it doesn't charge at all I hope anyone has information about the problem to advise us, I would be very grateful. With respect to everyone.

What was the diagnosis did you make on charger Wireless ? and USB cable? Before changing here, you had to check the two parts Wireless ? and USB cable

Wireless = Tigris
USB cāble = Hydra

Hello brother, I checked the cable charger and wireless charger before replacing both ICs, none of them charged, so I replaced the Ic hydra and then charged, but the charger does not charge until the device is turned off, thank you for your answer.

If I understand correctly, before replacing the Hydra the phone is not changed either on Wireless ? or USB.

What was the output on Vbatt and VUSB?

From what I understand from this scenario, tried to change Tigris
