Friend maybe this is little of topic but has a connection with this work.
Because I’m new in this, yesterday I recived my BGA station 858D+. I have damaged 5s mainboard for practicing. I take out nand carefully without any damage but I’m not sure what’s the best temperature for taking out the chips.

I put 280C with 3.8 air flow but I want to know what’s the best for chips: how many minutes for taking out the chip and with how much celsius and air to do that and also for putting them back with how much temperature and air, time...

iphone tested solution here by mahbubalfa

Iphone 6 error 4013 at restoring, just try to rehot(not reball) with 150C but it’s the same. I know it’s nand problem but how to solve?

I also had problem with the rear camera and fixed with jumper. What front camera cable do you mean? Do you have picture please?

ipad 3 on off button problem.
long press ok (only to turn off and turn on) ,normal press not ok (for rest mode) .

have any experience?
