iPhone 6 Plus missing pads need help - GSM-Forum

Hi guys, I removed the Black IC from a iPhone 6 Plus to solve flickering screen and once the mother board cleaned I notice 2 missing pads. I found these are M3 and H5. I’m not really use to ZXW so any help would be appreciated. I will try to upload pictures, that’s not working with my cellphone.

This pads is NC, not need to worry. Its pads with no connection. So proceed to reballing.
