I747 Resurrection error Analyze JTAG chain ok - GSM-Forum

hi
my cust by mistake flash I747 with firmware I9300 so its gone dead no i tm trying to boot repair with RIFF but always same error occurred tried with 2 boxes and 2 jtag cables on 2 PC ........ PC detetc as QCOM also with USB
while try to resurect it says nothing detected but when analyze JTAG chain it shows something here is log ......

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.34, JTAG Manager Version: 1.45
Selected Resurrector: [Samsung I747 V1.0.4675.61953]

Connecting to the target...OK
Set I/O Voltage reads as 1.80V, TCK Frequency is RTCK

Following devices are found on the JTAG chain:
Device on TAP #0: ID = 0x4F1F0F0F, IR Length = 0x04 bits
Device on TAP #1: ID = 0x406B50E1, IR Length = 0x0B bits
Total IR length: 0x000F bits
