Set I/O Voltage reads as 2.80V, TCK Frequency is 18 MHz

Hi,

Try setting up TCK to lower value, e.g. 8MHz.

Ok, this looks more like HW problem then.

If You sure Your connected it properly, such problem indicates NAND chip failure (sector 0).
