I have the same problem that topic starter.
I unlocked T01A and after it cant power on.
After I resurect it and fashing with TG01_Downloader by manual. It flashed successfully but ni power on.
And now it cant resurect, cant read/write, erase flash.
Here is resurection log:

did u read backup from dead phone or u readed it before trying unlock

u should have read backup before doing anything.now only way is to get an working phone and read backup or wait for someone to upload and give link for working phone

After resurection my phones flash cant read, cant write, cant erase. How can I flash it? I think its again a bug in Toshiba_TG01.dll .

How can i use Riff jtag box to unlock T01a?
I have one in hand
I use EFS file to unlock it but The imei can change the lock still here.
Can somebody help me? thanks
