Hi bro! I want to acquire a RIFF 2 Box (gsm-solutions-hk), I asked them if it came with everything activated and they ask to contact you here!

My question is, have I read some changes in your servers, acquiring credits for some activations that I am still not sure if they are lifetime or expire a year?

I don't know if the RIFF 2 has nothing to do with these activations, "OR" if everything is already activated in it, can you please tell me if when purchasing this RIFF 2, it is not necessary to activate anything and if all the modules that bring are you active in this new RIFF 2 please?

I need to know if after acquiring it, I will not have problems with all these doubts, I thank you for your information!
I also want to know if this RIFF 2 does the same services as RIFF 1, that is, if everything that RIFF 1 could do is normally done by RIFF 2 including the download of special files (DLL) that RIFF 1 does?

- The User Manual link of the web page that you sent me about RIFF 2 is broken!
- Do you have a General Brands and Models support list? Many of the links, if you are not a user, you cannot enter if you do not have the serial number of the RIFF Box (user / password).
- We can only see the functions to general characteristics of RIFF 2 and they are publications from 2010.

What about self created packages must we pay for installing "hashing" them after software restart or what explain please because after making the package and restarting the software will hash new files and if some new files are add after trial period the program will stuck on getting license
