how to repair I780?

how to repair I780? i don't konw what's the PS_HOLD,fast use JTAG RIFFBOX

start the exe then select samsung i780 PDA

Samsung i780 PDA is based on the PXA312 Processor.
To repair PDA or (and) Modem parts battery may be required. Thus please use both battery + USB data cable. We don't have info about Power On key, so please note, you may need to hold power on key during connection phase.

To resurrect a dead i780 PDA please do:
*Solder JTAG cable to i780 PDA pads;
*Insert batter, connect USB cable to phone and PC;
*Make sure Samsung i780 PDA is selected in the list of models, then click Resurrect button;
*Resurrection sequence starts flashing the PDA memory;
*Software will signal successful operation completion;
*disconnect USB cable, de-solder JTAG wires;
Now phone is in bootable condition, that is, even if it does not start up normally, you can flash it using original Samsung downloader software to restore it to the working state.

if repair modem,there say PS_HOLD,i don't know this,I780 is flash dead,so, is repair PDA or MODEM?

Whenever I connect phone with usb cable, phone is power on normally and active sync dectect phone. Riff box can't repair. Pls help me. What kind of this problem?

You should read manual first.
If You have problem, You should also provide more informations - what exactly You have done, LOGS from software too.

I read manual, make wires as guide's picture, i connect Ps_hold to Battery+ with R 10k.

I press Resurrection and get error, after that phone power on and connect active sync normally.

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK

Connecting to the dead body...ERROR
ERROR: The RTCK Signal does not respond.

Read manual again, because if You have read it, you would not connect battery + to PS_HOLD.

Sorry, I receive phone and do exactly Riff's manual. I only do change Pshold connection after I read some topic repair I900 modem part.
Maybe my phone has hardware problem cause i see power ic was soldered before.
