how to repair Samsung i780 modem
 

I can't find where is msm vcc 2,6v for ps_hold use. I tried to use vcc pin from modem pinout and still doesn't connected. I tried to measure vcc pin from modem pinout it's 0 volt.
It's that true that vcc modem pinout have 0 volt?
Where's actually msm vcc 2,6v on samsung i780?
