my Riff Box not working on any phone & usb modems.please help me..

I have 2 Huawei E1550 for imei problem but my riff box not working on both modems, all solder is ok & both modem are brand new but riff box not working.

Here log.please help me.........

what is the problem with Riff Box ?????????????

You should always use RTCK settings if RTCK pin exists on device.
