i set my fire wall and remove untivirus

but RIFF box can not replay us.

not even it wont detect the box is connected to PC now nothing i can do so i just wait and see what other users got from support coz the laziness shown is not good if even they call 2 wait for 2 week is good enough but not answer is not ***


RIFF BOX is not FOund

please check if the RIFF Box is connected to Your POC
make sure correct driver is installed or use correct one
