reseller Yaypel Turkey big doubt
 

greetings all.

i bought this box in 2013 from reseller Yaypel Turkey Mr Özgür Okyay and used for a while then when riff SN database server got corrupted ofcourse my box got unauthorized. i asked for Mr Legija and he told me i needed to ask it to reseller Yaypel Turkey Mr Özgür Okyay. i did it but answer was a shame on it.

He asked me to send box to him with 60 Dollars. so i refused to do it and from 2013 until 2016 i have a blackdream cost me 400 dollars for nothing.
As a result;
Questions

1. reseller Yaypel Turkey Mr Özgür Okyay is legit right?

2. Why does he want me to send box to him and charge 60 Dollars as he sold me a LEGIT box?

3. who is right who is not?
