I know all (full) pinout you need NRST and TRST, and do not need RTCK because it is anyway connected to GND on PCB

You are wrong - ATOM LIFE (AKA Atom APOLLO or O2 XDA Comet) has pxa270 CPU... other atom versions (and there is four of it) has pxa272 CPU...

Sure i can, but you will not be able to repair it anyway, because there is a flash chip that is not supported by box...

I haven't repaired it... i can communicate with CPU using RIFF, same as using WIGGLER ... hardware is not important. I can read, write memory (CPU's memory, but not flash chip), run from specified address and so on... But to repair this device you must have a ramloader, which you should write to CPU's RAM and execute it, then you would be able to write original device firmware with original bootloaders from SD card or USB... Problem is that there is no available such ramloader (at least i could not find), if you have enough skills you can write your own loader...
