I have dual mode phone (GSM+CDMA) with qualcomm MSM-7227A, the phone needs JTAG since it is not booting, also I have another working handset (same model), if it is possible to support this CPU then I can help on doing the required test and support for it.

Hi,
CPU is supported for long time. Depending on memory which is used in device, you may need to check more DLL-s.

To determine which DLL may work, connect device, click "Analyze JTAG Chain" and then CTRL + F, which will bring the menu with listed DLL-s containing detected ID.

Best idea is to contact me via Sonork, so I can connect Your device via remote helper.
