2-Connect Power supply then press and keep power on key
or
2-Connect Power Supply and Usb Cable

3-Speed 4 or 6 or 8 Mhz at TCK......(Not 1mhz at RTCK Speed)

There is big chance that You have some HW problem on that board.
My suggestion is, check PCB carefully for cracks and water damage. As I could see from the logs, PCB has developed some problem with RAM, so it could be cold soldering or PCB cracks.
