MF626 help can`t repair - GSM-Forum

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.19, JTAG Manager Version: 1.27
Selected Resurrector: [ZTE MF626]
Connecting to the dead body...OK
Detected dead body ID: 0x201200E1 - CORRECT!
Set I/O Voltage reads as 3.3V, TCK Frequency is RTCK
Adaptive Clocking RTCK Sampling is: [Sample at MAX]
Resurrection sequence started.
Establish communication with the phone...OK
Initializing internal hardware configuration...OK
Uploading resurrector data into memory...FAILED
ERROR: Memory access timed out.

i do these steps but no success:
1. Check if NRST signal is connected
2. Change RTCK Sampling from "Sample At Max" to lower value, for example 1MHz
3. Check target power and connection
