I Explain You Before in other topic

---
1-S-Off Usually useful for downgrade.....So,You can do it via adb tools and RIFF(edit Main Version)
2-Also You Can Change CID For Flashing Other Region (Via Adb and RIFF)
3-And You Can Unlock Phone via Adb and RIFF
I'm Tallking About One-S S4 and S3

Mostly unlock. I have one phone with customized unlock code by operator and the ordered unlock code from htc database dont correct. I tried more than 3 times im afraid its locked now but i will root and send you the code un_lock.
