Samsungs GT-S6312

Hi.
I have several Samsungs GT-S6312. one of them did not react to the power button.
After successfully resurrection it's boot, but always show me only Logo of Phone.
If i try to boot in recovery mode - it just restarts and Logo of Phone again.
What i doing wrong?

did restore firmware through Odin 3.
Phone without RIFF BOX didn't respond for any actions.

have got new Problem.
have started some resurrection, but while process i got error.
i tried restart resurrection, and got immediately another error:

does it mean that RIFF Box broke eMMC of Phone ???
