cannot login to riffbox - GSM-Forum

i changed the pc so software asked for authenitication
i couldnt login while the password is correct ( i guess)
so i tryed to recover the password
and 3 times the password was recovered successfuly
but i cannot login with the new password
please help

You also need to enter correct username.
It's sent from server during password recovery.

what do you mean "sent from server"?
i press recover
i enter email
i got email with Authorization Code
i enter the Authorization Code and new password
a message says successfuly new password something
i go back and ty to login with username and password
it says Access Denied - Login or Password is incorrect

please help

i got it, the username is not same as the email.

I have a problem to change my password which I have forgotten. I sent several times mail address. but do not receive a mail from riffbox server. I waited 7 days and still not getting mail. Does someone can give advice on what to do

Did you check your "Spam" or " Junk Mail" folder?

thanks recovery code is in the gmail spam. I solved the problem
