U8815 Problems

It's booting but stuck at logo, CWM recovery can't format.
The guy who bring it to me can't describe what he does with it before In short now i can't update it to a working rom. I decided to reflash boot with RIFF but nothing changed. I have erased the flash (Access ROM1 Address space) but it still booting like before, recovery still CWM after full ressurrection. Is this a bug? It looks like RIFF software working with wrong ad*******.

Other chip ID than the first one and only 1 MB second chip size. I think there are more than one versions out there.
