Unbrick dead Samsung GT-i9250 Galaxy Nexus, GT-I9100G , GT-I9300

For galaxy S3 GT-i9300, please carefully read this:

  • Euro/Asian models are based on 4 core Samsung Exynos 4412 CPU
  • JTAG access in all i9300 phones is DISABLED (password protected)and password is not available (yet).
  • Repair procedure for bricked phones is performed via SD card
This archive contains repair guide and files.

I'd like to ask all RIFF users to be patient, for some phones for now there is no tested solution (SD card download failed).
We are working on the problem and may come with solution at some point, but it is also possible that there will be no solution at all, besides replacing eMMC or programming it via external programmer.

Please DO NOT ask me anything about this model on Sonork or ICQ.
As with all other solutions, once we have it, we will release it.

If You wish to experiment and possibly You have device with unsecured MCU, You can use Exynos 4412 DLL for DCC operations (DCC TAB and eMMC Plugin).
Secured MCU will return 0x44 error code, and unsecured MCU will be accessible.

GT-I9250:
Just execute *.bat file from this package.
Installing drivers first would be pretty smart idea too.

Google
Enjoy !

Edit:

For i9100G phones which have ID 0xFFFFFFFE, download this archive, unpack and run *.bat file from root folder:

Thanks to R3IS
Google.

First you need to remove battery and then load driver for OMAP (4460usb), then its working. Looks like TI recovery procedure.

But unfortunatelly it recovered bootloader (sbl) only, in my case eMMC pda image partition still damaged and eMMC need to be formatted completely.

Would it be possible to support this eMMC by JTAG too ?

Thanks

Enter menu recovery mode restart the Google logo and the padlock icon

the power button starts the phone up to the Google logo and the padlock icon.

I've tried pressing volume buttons to be able to use fastboot, as well as adb reboot to get into it into either recovery mode or bootloader - but neither works.

Is there any way of getting into download mode, fastboot, or recovery mode in this situation?

is loading files ???
