Used box bought no access to turbo-support please help - GSM-Forum

I bought a used black riff box from someone and he give me all the details about how to install and use the box but I later discovered this turbo-support area but I can access it. I tried to register to access the turbo-support area but the reply is that someone had already registered the box so I have to use the details he gave to login but no access again, I changed the account details including email address from his own to mine through the JTAG manager and entered it to access the turbo-support also the same error.
Please product supporters help me I have all the details about the box and the seller had travelled out of the country.
