Hello,

As we could see with some of the users, new S5230 phones will die if flashed with regular firmware.

Carefully check firmware version in Your phone, before doing anything !

We are preparing fix for this, meanwhile check Your phone before flashing it !
Check the attached image :

DO NOT flash regular firmware to "G" or "N" version ! Phone will die, and possibly also You (if you kill Mike Tyson phone )

we have dead s5230 after flash via s5233a and hwk can't repair it and any tool we hope that u support it

My S5230G which previously could not start even after succesfull resurrection is alive and kicking with the latest update:

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.13, JTAG Manager Version: 1.14
Selected Resurrector: [Samsung S5230]

Connecting to the dead body...OK
Detected dead body ID: 0x07926F0F - CORRECT!
Set I/O Voltage reads as 2.99V, TCK Frequency is RTCK
Adaptive Clocking RTCK Sampling is: [Sample at MAX]

Resurrection sequence started.
Establish communication with the phone...OK
Uploading resurrector data into memory...OK
Starting communication with resurrector...OK

Detected an Initialized FLASH1 Chip ID: 0x002C/0x00BA (256MB)
Flashing the dead body...OK
Resurrection complete!
