Toshiba x02t need help !

I want to unlock it, I have carefully backup full flash by riffbox .
I chose the model and conduct unlock TG01. Successful receipt of the notice but not received simcard.

and I tested with firmware TG01,
only to read and write flash speed flash with 80 khz.
and takes about 24 hours to dump files.
I write during flash error occurred.
reasons for loss of connectivity.

Now phone is dead. I can not carry out repair boot, write flash, read flash.
Riff and cable box I've Tested with other phone is working fine.
