Exclamation MSM bug , or accounts hacked


to martech please check
2 of my customers found many imeis launched with there accounts ,
someone used email "[email protected]"
how could he hacked 2 accounts

Warning to all users , change your passwords
untill we get security issues fixed
please martech team check out

Oh dude,
users can register in your cloud without any problems... but to calc must pay you via paypal if you have configited shop !!!!!

Next time beafore wirtie HACK HACKED or some other idiot things

Check all news about MSM and read MANUAL !!!

Hello people! Be very, very careful. It happened the same story with our account last night. Someone put an imei with no user account and no email.

Reading around here I found two posts:

Assuming that the second post, hoang is talking about, the user that say thank-you are the same, could they be the ones hacking.
MSM support, check who's the one claiming for account problems! They could have hacked account and they just need you to reactivate.

I suggest you guys to implement an auto-email alert to the administrator when a new job is added to the cloud.
There's no doubt you've done a great job with this cloud but there are some issues you need to fix.

Hello Winiu I have problem with our account last night. Someone put an imei with no user account and no email. i can not see user, email, user add log. user can not add logs, if add logs ok but can not see time in queue, please fix or check account your mail :[email protected]

user add logs on server Fail
Example:
IMEI: 351665053431529
File name: 351665053431529.sha
Error message: Something went wrong, server error!
