Server wrong work - GSM-Forum

I dont know what is wrong with this server but im sure something is not ok.
I send to support 2 emails last week and i dont got any answer about this situation.
Customer charged phone to work from 100 to 0 and phone is started from 0 to 100.
Please do something and solve this issue.
If i want phone to be calculated random please make it random,if i select 100 to 0 please make it 100 to 0 and if i select 0 to 100 please make it 0 to 100.
This is a not acceptable situation.
This phone for example was maked from 0 to 60 percent to another pc so i want to make it from 100 to 0 not from 0 to 100 to make 60 percent again.
Please solve this or i will make again this thread every hour from now.
I will not accept to be cheat and lie from nobody and i will do everything i can to get what i pay so answer quickly or will have forever this post on forum.

If not ok in 12 hours will make complain in paypal for bad service provided and i will atach pictures and links from my posts in gsmhosting and emails sent to you without answers received.
So i wait to solve this issue.

Server working great.
I want to apologyse again for my mistake and because i acussed MSM Team without a real reason.I didnt see mask wasnt 00010203040506070809 and was 09080706050403020100 so option selected by me 100 to 0 was working ok.
Server is working very good can select 0 to 100,100 to 0 and RAND and all options work ok.
I get straight answer and in short time from support when i send them email so i can say im very satisfied about their service.
