Hi, i need help support, i try downgrade nokia 6.2, with my infinity, i buy support 2 years+ infinity best, but show this error, i read user and pass in dongle manager, and restart ese but show same error, i update firmware show same error please help:

DongleManager has FACTORY DEFAULT password.
You have changed your password time ago.
For all server operations you should use password that you are using to access IOS web account.
