BEST dongle can not create license file
 

After install new windows can not be create lisence file.
But it works fine in old windows.

Please explain what is the problem exactly.
Do you see any error messages by software ?
Where is your [bEST] installed ? Is it c:/BEST or other folder ?

all ok my first dongle is working fine and download files but not activate with other
pc with installed fresh window
when i put user name and email it says license create ok then hang.
It installed in c /infinity box/ best

Delete old ask file and licence file from installed folder, disable antivirus and/or firewall, register BEST again and restart BEST software after few minutes.
If still face same problem wait for sometime as could be server problem.

i have done the same... software gets hangs as soon it creates a licence.dat file

Delete license File Like This After That ,run Infinity-BEST again and fill license.
