best dongle licence problem

THANKS FOR REPLY i use this dongle from 2013 without problem now do not received any response in email i check spam - Activation #3: Infinity [BEST]; S/N: 7097687F; Firmware Version: 0122; Registered: 24-May-2013 my email [email protected]

Disable your PC Antivirus/Firewall or give enough access for BEST.exe

- Go to c:/InfinityBox/BEST/ folder
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.ask file
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.dat file
- Run [BEST] software
- Enter your GOOD WORKING e-mail address and you will get new licence file via e-mail

hello i do all what you advise me also install fresh write user name and adress emaill and tick create licence botton the best dongle programe hang and stuck freezing any suggestion sir to solve this issue.

hello i try all solution and no success the problem in internt connection when i promose licence file the good ways that i use is to instalaal dongle in other pc and receive licence file and i use it again in my pc now THE DONGLE WORK FINE THAKS
