I have the same problem. Software close after Flash button pressed.
I reinstall it fully but the same.
I haven't fault.bin in Best dir.

Remove all USB sniffer software, installed in system.

I removed all unused software from Sony and etc. After that. BEST is working good

Do you see in running process list any kind of sharing/trace or similar process ?
