can you guide us... why my best nk2 always an error 5 during i perform reset settings and write fw?

This errorcode means ou have entered wrong username and/or passwod.
You must use the same password as you are using to access IOS web account !

yes sir i used my account in ios support, perhaps i downloaded firmware for this model on support.. but when i used my account in nk2 software this error should be seen.

sir can you help me to solve this problem? there is no problem with my account because i can sign in already in ios supoort using my account name and password..

i never been used this BEST2 software since i purchase BEST activation...

Here is again logs error:

Thank you sir... i solved my problem using my CARD serial number in USERNAME and PASSWORD using in my IOS support...
