When i insert a nokia lumia win 8 phone , software freeze and if i pull it off cable , soft begin to work again and detects that there is a win 8 phone connected .
I try with some drivers , but i am stuck .
I can confirm other pc will work ok .
I don't want to reinstall windows xp xp3 again .

Hello. Which phone? Latest 1.97 should work ok with wp8.x phones

I confirm other pc is making same .

That is strange , did you try on other PC?
And latest BEST version.

same problem with lumia 520 and in 02 machines need solution

its bcz win phone driver not properly installed.
try it manually, restart system. try to flash/connect

So, remove drivers and install them again. After show screenshot from device manager with WinUSB/Nokia USB connectivity device section.

still same need solution i payed software for work with it and i have 2 problems in one month so please give me answer

Problem #1: download phone drivers from Support Area and install it

Problem #2: Please explain what is the problem exactly

There are some phones that work ok with best , some are not working at all , soft freeze when i press read info , if i put phone out , the soft gets back .
I try many drivers .
