deactivate dongle and activate new one
 

hello, my infinity dongle ( activated to run CM2 ) stolen.. and i will buy new dongle.

Can deactivate old ( stolen one ) and active new dongle with old activation ?

What is your old (stolen) S/N ?

This the stolen dongle serial .. 0A9E446B

We can add this S/N to black list but activation from this dongle can not be moved to new one right now. We can move it as soon as we will be sure that old dongle become really blocked.

Should we add S/N to black list now ?

I think thieves stole my dongle because they think its an computer flash disk

the police catch them, so maybe dongle will come back to when the Investigation ends

and no keep S/N to white list..unless if you can back the s/n to white list if I asked for it ! :)

Its possible to unblock (whitelist) dongle later.
