dongle misconfiguration - GSM-Forum

Hello! Worked today with the Meizu m5c phone. Because the extra memory tool doesn't work with this phone. Then I edited the scatter to flash the devinfo sections, proinfo. SP_Flash_Tool refused to sew, decided to flash through CM2MTK 1.58 and got an error. Now the software doesn't start. I get an error message dongle misconfiguration.
What should I do? Ask for help.
