Help to reset Security Code reset for 3310 TA-1008 - GSM-Forum

I am trying to reset the security code on this TA-1008.

I have downloaded drivers from support and restarted computer. When I press Identify on NK2 1.2 sw, and connect phone it doesnt connect phone. Nokia logo comes on and starts to charge phone.

What am i doing wrong?

Operation : Identify [ v1.20 ]

1. Make sure device is powered off. Power off, if need. Wait 20 seconds after
2. Insert USB cable in phone
- > Info : Press and hold BOTH volume keys, if device boot fail at BROM stage!

Waiting for device connection ...

Device not found !
Check cable, connection and drivers!

Reconnect Power/Cable!

Need use FP platform tab instead SP.

I have been using FP - tried it again still the same.

Can you clarify it is these drivers i need to install?

package is one. Does device dtected in device manager, when you connect it?

Device detects as unknown device and within one second disappears and phone starts charging.
Tried it on a clean install laptop as well but same.

need to install nokia mtk driver manually.
if u have if dont then download these drivers and after will be done.
