problem has been solved i changed and used another PC

If anyone is to face this problem you just need to go to device manager and uninstall smartcard drivers and disconnect and reconnect your box or dongle and wait for driver installation to finish this will fix your problem

hi infinity team am very worry if this activation is really supported by your product.because all the solutions of uninstall/install have not work.almost i try all the drivers from your support still the same problem.i have the box :best,avator dongle,cm2 n pinfinter all are working with the same driver what is the problem with hua dongle can't you found a easy way for user to get access easilly after buying this hua dongle activation for infinity bx?please am suffering mentally when i see this:smart card not found.

What is the problem with your activation exactly ?
