help pleas my best not star i have licne and do all Steps i delet the old license and put the new license who resive in my mail but not work
any solotion

Be sure that you have deleted old file.
Copy received license file to folder with BEST.
You will have a success for sure.

Try to use another e-mail (f.e. yahoo or google) but not hotmail.
Result ?

i fix the problam after you recived the new key
1 -you msut to to delet the old key data not sak key
2-then quits the kaspersky after that put the new key and make your soft star its be ok
3- when your soft star active your kasper or your anti virus for me is the kasper who stop the key
