my computer not open InfinityBox BEST2 use win 8.1, but InfinityBox BEST working fine. please help me. i use dongle

uninstall and restart pc and install again one more thing if realterm or any other usb sharing program in pc best will not open

hello sir my dongle licence missed but install new setup box ask email and username but that also i missed those also so how to ativate the licence sir tell me dongle is working but licence is correpted invalid give good solution to me all method i try give solution my card s/n 3B0F29DA,V0122
