Lumia 800 Not going in osbl mode and flash mode but phone is connecting in normal mode .

i Tried to hard reset its done but same error .

I unlocked many lumia 800 with best dongle but 1st time i am facing this problem

What "not done"? I not see any info , like - does phone detect by pc with flash mode key, for example?
