Lumia unlock error server reported

what about server today.
first i get eroor soft stuck in stage 1 and credit take.
now after try other time i get error 007b

imei 355132077557**1

need confirmation about server

any help from supporter.or phone not supported to unlock:confused:

phone have product code 059X5L7 so i download this firmware with some product code with eno file RM1127_1078.0037.10586.13169.207.62_enosw-wim-signed_638819.secwim
second retry i try with other firmware with product code 059X695 but i try with some eno file.

any other solution to unlock this phone.already credit gone in first try to unlock this phone
