In fact - Service mode drivers - need only, if you want operate with phone as in other models in BEST.
If you just want "Fast" - Flash, backup, reset - install only flash driver and not tick "Read Info" in flash settings.

I just got Nokia CA101 cable (simple usb cable) it was damages, so I used it.
I solder wires to phone pads. Green , White, Red and black. As on picture in DOCS folder.

I just not have time and unused rj-45 connector to make adapter for BB5 7pin cable to USB. You can build it by yourself for 10-20 minutes. Need just RJ-45 connector, multimeter, old usb cable and solder it all.
