Flashing, as example.
All S40 after 2012 block local/test mode if code active.
Exactly with XG618 - if data mandatory - read flash from it first.

the data is not impotant but how flash this modle >

Download FW in NaviManager tab.
After done - will be opened correct flashing tab.
Press flash. Connect phone.
