Really after flash? Best not allow downgrade PPM version, so, phone was already in that state.
Now use search and read about AshaOs ppm. And repair your phone.

If you have brain ( sure you not ) - try post more usefull thing.

you flashed phone with different firmware - your phone >>rm-899 but firmware you flashed it >> rm-900.
try to reflash phone with correct firmware rm-899 (you will be lucky if imei and simlock were ok )
