It is Nokia Basics - need learn it, before start do anything with nokia phone.

why are you useing old varison ? of flash file ?

flash with bally 111.40.1511 if still same take rpl backup and pm after that
erase full flash flash again with any frimware write backup if u face any problem join me on y/m or sonork .. :)
