Do you see any error message when you run exe ?
Do you have fault.bn file in folder woth software ?

yes there is a fault.bin file and license_best_918EBB83.dat the best sign starts and everything closes

i have problems too. You have to have good drivers. Maybe windows installed some but they`re not ok. good drivers + updated dongle is a requierment.

About the software all you need is the net framework. then you must see error for missing license. put the license and that`s that.

There is a software conflict with this application:
\program files\avast software\avast\aswidsagent.exe

Disable AVAST, delete fault.bn file and run Infinity software.
