Hi, TA-1170 is actually Nokia 2720 Flip based on Qualcomm Snapdragon 205.
You said it's MTK based, so what you have is most probably knock-off.

What device vid/pid when you connect it?
Is it in good condition?
If device connect as MTK port , and it fully working - then it 100% clone.

1. I've posted here VID\PID info here
2. They're working fine. My friend gave them to me with the problem no WiFi connection on menu (but according to internet phone must have it). Those phones have English\Arabic keyboard and the MB doesn't look like a cloned one

3. Yes, it's connecting as a MTK COM port, for sure

Try to power off, and press up direction key and power key to see if it can enter KaiOS Recovery.
If it cannot enter KaiOS recovery, then it's 100% knock-off.
