Do you used v2.08 for flash? There was made some changes for such cases ( in theory - should help for some cases ) .

Yes , i always use best navimanger for Download

Hm, then I can suggest only flash back version, which has been installed and use FOTA update.

had the same issue, downloaded the 3051 flash with matching product code a nd still:
