Member: 7909 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | SL3 Unlock Jobs Failed  I cannot see what I might be doing wrong but it is very frustrating as once a job has failed then I cannot find any way to resubmit it Any help or advice would be very appreciated and welcomed |

Member: 1157320 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 6,192 | You not complete "after" boot procedure - mean when BEST ask re-connect phone - you not do it. Why? Seems as error in it. Send in pm Imei's which should be removed from "queue". And also - try follow procedure, explained in logs. Anyway - I will do something for remove that reason of error. |

BEST require reboot phone (re-insert battery and connect again in dead state), when sw asks. It is for verify all data and be sure all is fully correct. |
