SPT Activation on BEST Dongle Upgrade not Possible


Hi,

Been playing with it from 5 Days Almost ..
Tried Different Card READERS
1 . The Best Dongle
2 . The Pkey (vista SCR2000)
3 . CardReader_SCM_SCR3310

Getting Same error From all .
Emailed to the Help Department thanks to him he tried his best but am ending no Where as Error indicates its Driver issue .
Did fresh windows Installation upgraded Driver as in manual and it Shows the Correct version as well but always getting error below

Hello,

I am sure that it's drivers issue. Selected text in bold show that.

Please, try to make this:
1. Reader: SCR2000
2. Update drivers (SCR2000 drivers) according to this instruction: http://server1.infinity-box.biz/down...er_drivers.pdf

You should use drivers from our support page only, do not relay on "new drivers" from Windows site.

Did updated the drivers as did before but again just to make sure below the pic of drivers updated as in manual and the log and the error and thats on fresh windows installation..

Hello,

As I can see you have wrote just a 1% of full story.
11/29/2013 10:07:52 you was able to update your card well, it was no problems with drivers/readers.
But next day you have changed something, probably PC or reader or anything else and now you have a problem.

Question: what reader/pc/os you have used before 29.11 and what you have changed then. VERY DETAILED explanation required.

Good lesson for everybody: You must provide FULL information about your Dongle and about process but not only 1% or full information.

Thankx for the Reply Well about story i dont know which record means to u to know about the issue well am the oldest user of Your Products plus know well how does the process of updating works..
Here is the Quick Recap ..
Got it activated through GSMSERVER in few Hours all ok Got Confirmation Email Tried Updating .. i got Error as i was Running Dongle manager Straight From RAR Archive So log Was not Auto Saved in txt File ..
I request for another Upgrade Flag on server side Granted and i updated Same error Comes here am posting the log

Now After that They Asked me to Change the Reader ( they mean ur Support guys in Gmail ive got feedback thankx to them) .. Pkey Reader Did the Same So now the Driver issue error comes ,,Did upgraded but same
Just to Make Sure i changed Laptop fresh windows installation and all still the Same as use all the three readers i indicated above ,, and ended up with same Drivers issue

And Now For What i Was Running .

Windows 7 64bit OS ... Dell XPS
To B Honest if am missing Something here Cant say its Fishy and Yes might anything i missed which is not Noticeable kindly let me know ,

Please, do not send any mails to our supporter any more to avoid misunderstanding. You will send a mail, we answer here but not answer mail or vice versa etc. etc.
So, let's solve it here, not via mail.

Error upgrading applets:
Card returned error - 0000(5794/15220)
This error is a result of problem with Card Reader and/or Drivers.
To prevent your words like "it's not true, you are wrong etc." let me explain: I have more than 10 years experience with cards and you have no such experience (even if you are product supporter I think product that you support have no card inside or that cards never should be updated).

So, what to do in this situation:

1. Double check that you have updated drivers well
2. If problem still exist: try to find another Card-Reader and update card again
3. If problem still exist: try to use Windows XP PC, install our special drivers there and use that PC for card update
4. If problem still exist: try to update card via other Internet Provider. Yes, its not joke, it's a real advice.
You can try to use f.e. GPRS connection.

Here is some info about readers (pictures and readme.txt file): server1 download area
Please, check that pictures and compare with readers that you have.

Waiting for your results.
Do not forget to attach operation log text after each card update try.

Just for your info: [BEST] Dongle use another Smart-Card type, not the same as "old good" e-gate cards (if you are old user probably you have used main Infinity Box and that box based on e-gate cards in most cases).
e-gate cards never had such problems due to it was used with a very easy card reader. But latest cards should be used with more complicated Card-Readers and very often that readers can read data from card well, but can not write/update card well.
So, with [BEST] dongles we have regular problems with card update (and I am sure not only our team have such problem). All problems with card update have been solved, just need to follow our instructions and have patience.
I have really big experience with cards/readers and all advices that I gave you in previous post is not just a words but it's a results of many years experience.

Thing is From my Side everything is well thats Weird i Changed readers etc New OS different Laptops ..But it was Same .. And Trust me I do Know About Readers and Compatibility ..
