Same problem here, mates.

Code:

SSChannel : Create SC
SSChannel : Failed to get info!
ErroInfo : Unable connect to SRV

And there's no "Schan" parameter in the best.ini file (server section).
How to fix this problem, mates?

My Best ver. is 2.29

If want help, instead of "same problem" post complete info :
1. what trying download
2. does copy links option works

If nothing works and other product code/models working - then it mean dead links, otherwise check firewall and internet.

Hm, ok.
1. No matter the files (RM-) Im trying to download, I always get this error.
2. "Copy only links" option is working fine. I can download the files through browser.

So? What's this error? How to fix it?

Then it mean problems with windows/firewall/port settings, by some reason https connection fail.

Check windows/firewall.ports settings and fix them
or
Use CopyLinks.

i format my pc then install 2.29 but same support server is ok

Affter update 2.29 naviManager Error:
SSChannel : Create SC
SSChannel : Failed to get info!
ErroInfo : unknown response received from SRV

That mean FW's which are you trying download has been removed from MS servers.
